These weekly sessions help address the underlying causes of emotional eating using EFT/Tapping in a support group format via Zoom.
EFT/Tapping is a mind-body stress reduction modality that allows you to release emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and more.
You are welcome to attend the sessions as often as you'd like for ongoing support with stress or to release emotional blocks that get in the way of living a healthier and happier life.
